We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR Driver to join a busy industrial operation based in the Blacktown area.

This is an excellent chance for a professional driver looking for consistent work, significant overtime and outstanding earning potential. Previous hooklift or skip bin experience will be highly regarded, however experienced HR Drivers from similar industrial environments are encouraged to apply.

THE ROLE:

- Operate HR hook lift and skip bin trucks across Sydney and surrounding areas

- Collect and deliver skip bins and materials

- Thorough load restraints before and after each delivery

- Safe loading, unloading and positioning of bins

- Manoeuvre vehicles safely within industrial and customer sites

- Complete all required paperwork and electronic documentation accurately

- Communicate professionally with customers, site personnel and operations teams

- Follow designated routes, site procedures and transport requirements





- Complete daily vehicle pre-starts and safety checks

- Identify and report hazards, vehicle faults and safety concerns immediately

- Follow strict road safety, quality and communication standards in the workplace

ABOUT YOU:

- Current HR Driver Licence and 2+ years experience

- Hooklift and/or skip bin experience highly regarded

- Previous waste, recycling, construction or industrial driving experience advantageous

- Confident completing paperwork, pre-starts and electronic documentation

- Good knowledge of Sydney roads and industrial areas

- Strong spatial awareness and vehicle manoeuvring skills

- Comfortable working significant overtime

- Strong focus on safety, quality and communication requirements
