Role Overview

As an BDR at Supy, you’ll be the first touchpoint for our APAC prospects. Your mission: generate qualified meetings for our Account Executives by reaching out to restaurants, bars, and hospitality groups, sparking interest, and building relationships.

This role is perfect for someone target-driven, energetic, and eager to grow in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Research and identify target accounts within the APAC hospitality and F&B; sector.
- Execute high-quality outbound outreach via calls, emails, and Linked In.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects.

Qualification & Discovery

- Engage leads to uncover pain points, needs, and fit for Supy.




- Book meetings that meet the Sales Qualified Appointment (SQA) criteria.
- Keep CRM data accurate and updated.
- Partner with marketing to leverage campaigns for lead generation.
- Share market feedback with leadership and product teams.
- Continuously develop your sales skills through coaching and training.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience as an BDR/SDR ideally in SaaS or F&B; tech
- Confident in outbound outreach.
- Target-driven and resilient.
- Highly organised with excellent time management.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce).
- Knowledge of F&B; industry.
