THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for two types of people:

1. SALES REPRESENTATIVES WHO WANT TO EARN MORE

· Casual employment with 35+ hours per week available

· Monday to Friday — enjoy your weekends!

· Competitive hourly pay + uncapped weekly commissions

· OTE: $110,000 per year

· No cap on what you can earn through commissions

· Daily sales training, mentoring and development

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll be out in the community representing leading Australian charities, connecting with people and inspiring them to become regular supporters of meaningful causes.

You’ll be responsible for:

· Engaging members of the public through face-to-face conversations

· Building rapport and communicating confidently

· Educating potential donors about the charities we represent

· Inspiring people to support important causes through ongoing donations

· Working towards individual and team performance targets

· Participating in daily training and development sessions

This is an active, people-focused role. You won’t be sitting behind a desk!
