Wynnum Dentists is a well-established, privately owned dental practice in South East Brisbane, serving Wynnum–Manly and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We provide high-quality general, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry in a calm, professional, and supportive setting.

We believe in doing dentistry properly — with strong clinical standards, ethical treatment planning, and genuine support for early-career dentists.

The Role

We are seeking a graduate or early-career dentist to join our team and continue building their skills in a structured, well-supported practice.

This role is ideal for a dentist who has completed their initial graduate year and is now looking to grow with mentorship, stability, and a loyal patient base — without production pressure.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing general dental care, including examinations, treatment planning, and routine procedures

- Developing clinical confidence at a steady, supported pace

- Learning comprehensive and ethical treatment planning

- Working closely with experienced dentists, dental assistants, and our hygiene team

- Maintaining accurate and clear clinical records

- Delivering patient-centred care with professionalism and empathy

About You

This role is not suitable for overseas-based applicants or new arrivals to Australia.





You will ideally have:

- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working as a dentist in Australia

- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (or equivalent)

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration

- Graduation within the past 3–5 years

- Strong communication skills and a caring chairside manner

- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and accept feedback

- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach

- Australian or New Zealand qualification, or ADC certification

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
