Position Overview: CELL PROJECTS Pty Ltd – Specialists in formwork, reinforcement and concrete works, delivering structural construction solutions across building projects. As a Carpenter you will be responsible for constructing, installing and maintaining formwork and associated timber structures to support concrete construction. This position requires accurate workmanship, practical problem-solving skills and a strong commitment to site safety. Responsibilities and Tasks:

- Interpret building plans, specifications and drawings to determine formwork carpentry requirements for concrete structures.
- Measure, mark, cut and shape timber, plywood and other materials for formwork and temporary structural supports.
- Assemble, erect and secure formwork systems for concrete slabs, beams, columns and walls.
- Install and align timber frames, bracing and supporting components using hand and power tools.
- Inspect completed formwork for correct dimensions, levels,



stability and compliance with project specifications.
- Dismantle formwork safely after concrete curing and prepare reusable components for subsequent construction stages.
- Coordinate formwork installation sequences with reinforcement and concrete crews to support project schedules.
- Maintain tools, equipment and work areas, identifying defects and arranging appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Follow site safety procedures, participate in pre-start discussions and report hazards or workmanship concerns.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Carpenter
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and work accurately to measurements and levels.
- Proficiency with carpentry tools and safe construction work practices.
- Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills.

Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $79,000 – $90,000 p.a plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
