About the role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will lead front-of-house operations during service while delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and lead service shifts.

- Deliver exceptional guest experiences with professionalism and attention to detail.

- Train, coach, and mentor front-of-house team members.

- Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness.

- Support roster implementation and labour efficiency.

- Assist with wine and beverage service while promoting product knowledge.

- Resolve guest feedback promptly and professionally.

- Ensure compliance with RSA, food safety, and workplace procedures.

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and management teams to deliver seamless service.

About you

- Previous supervisory experience in premium restaurants, fine dining venues, luxury hotels, or quality brasseries.

- Strong food, wine, and beverage knowledge.

- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

- A hands-on, positive, and qualified approach.

- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.





- A current NSW RSA Certificate.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

- Full Australian working rights.
