We are seeking a friendly, organised and community‑focused Tuckshop Convenor to lead our vibrant two‑day‑a‑week tuckshop. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys food preparation, working with people, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for students, staff and volunteers. Our tuckshop operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

The Tuckshop Convenor, with support from the Tuckshop Assistant, oversees the smooth, safe and professional operation of the tuckshop, including:

- Stock management - ordering, monitoring and maintaining stock levels to meet community needs.

- Food preparation - preparing healthy menu items, supporting volunteers, and ensuring all food safety and allergy‑safe practices are followed.

- Sales coordination - managing online sales and processing orders





- Health and safety - keeping the tuckshop, cold room and storeroom clean, organised and compliant with school and regulatory requirements.

- Community engagement - building positive relationships with students, staff, volunteers and families in line with our Christian ethos.

Commences January 2027, with handover days in 2026 where mutually available.
