Are you a dentist with 3+ years of experience looking for the right practice to take the next step in your career?

We offer the chance to join a long-established, independent dental practice where you can enjoy clinical autonomy, build lasting patient relationships and access guidance from an experienced practice owner who has taught at Melbourne Dental School for 30 years.

Initially one day per week, this position offers the potential to grow into additional days as the opportunity develops.

About you

You are a dentist with approximately 3+ years of clinical experience who enjoys general dentistry and takes pride in providing thoughtful, patient-centred care.

You will bring:

- Current AHPRA registration and eligibility to practise in Australia.

- Confidence in general dentistry and a commitment to high clinical standards.

- Good communication skills and a genuine interest in patient relationships.

- A willingness to keep learning, reflect on clinical decisions and develop professionally.

- An interest in joining a practice where independence and collegial support go hand in hand.
