Home to one of Australia's largest confectionery retail experiences, featuring an incredible Pick & Mix selection, thousands of sweet treats and exciting attractions, Toms is a destination where shopping is meant to be FUN!

We are looking for exceptional retail team members to join our Maribyrnong store and help us deliver an outstanding experience to every customer.

- Have a positive, outgoing and enthusiastic personality.

- Enjoy interacting with customers and making people smile.

- Can work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.

- Take initiative and look for things that need to be done.

- Understand the importance of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail.

- Are a genuine team player who supports colleagues.

- Are comfortable working weekends, school holidays and other busy retail periods.

- Have previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?





- Delivering outstanding customer service with a smile.

- Assisting customers throughout our unique confectionery store.

- Operating registers and processing customer purchases.

- Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive displays.

- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented.

- Helping manage our extensive Pick & Mix range.

- Supporting exciting in-store experiences and promotions.

- Working as part of a team to achieve store goals.
