Shape your caseload around Age Groups of interest

We’re a national allied health team of 130+ people, built around a remote, community-based model.

Our clinicians see clients in homes or schools and manage the rest of their work from home and stay connected through Teams — with coffee catch-ups, team dinners and the occasional breakfasts along the way.

We’re growing our OT team across Tasmania and are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join us. With a multidisciplinary team on the ground across Tasmania, we’ve built a solid local presence and reputation with clients and stakeholders.

What flexibility looks like here

For us, flexibility means giving valuable clinicians room to structure their work sensibly. That could mean clustering face-to-face appointments across two days and using your third day at home for reports, admin or telehealth.

It could mean working from home in the morning and seeing clients that afternoon — or the reverse. It might mean school drop-off, an earlier finish, or carving out time for your child’s sports day event.

And sometimes it’s the smaller things: having your coffee at home, putting a load of washing on between reports, or getting dinner started before everyone gets home.

Not every arrangement will be realistic, but if work-life balance matters to you, it’s worth a conversation.

Flexibility works both ways

We give our clinicians autonomy, but we place real value on reliability.
Clients often move work, family or arrangements around to make appointments possible, so we expect our clinicians to respect that, communicate well and follow through on commitments.

There are KPIs and expectations, but we don’t believe good people need to be micromanaged. If you like having the space to get on with your job while understanding the responsibility that comes with that trust, you’ll probably appreciate the way we work.
