Who will you work for?

Our client is a quick-growing global brand that designs and makes its own products and sells them across several international markets. It’s in a strong growth phase and investing heavily in digitisation and automation to support it.

What’s the opportunity?

Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll become the go-to authority on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across every entity in the group. Support, enhancement, integration and banking work is moving in-house from an external partner, and you’ll be the person who brings it home. The platform is modern and recently implemented, so you’ll build on solid foundations with plenty of scope to shape what comes next.

In this role, you will:

- Design and deploy enhancements and extensions, including inventory reservation automation, credit limit blocking and approval workflows.
- Build and own integrations with 3PL/WMS partners, customer EDI platforms and a B2B portal, using APIs, OData and web services.
- Implement bank integrations and EFT, and support finance with intercompany, Intrastat and month-end.
- Manage environments, users and security, along with documentation, architecture maps and SOPs.
- Resolve BC issues at the root across all entities, and document fixes so they stay fixed.

What will you need to be successful?

- MB-800 certification, with MB-820 and AL development highly regarded.




- Strong hands-on Business Central experience across technical and functional work, ideally including an end-to-end implementation or major rollout.
- Working knowledge of BC finance, inventory, sales, purchasing, warehousing and intercompany modules.
- Experience building and supporting integrations with APIs, OData and web services.
- The ability to turn business problems into practical system solutions and explain them clearly to non-technical users.
- A proactive, curious approach, with the flexibility to join occasional evening calls with overseas teams.
