About the role
The Blue Door Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Full Time Chef to join our production team. This role supports our kitchen production Monday to Friday. NO weekends and NO split shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with food preparation, cooking and production
- Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
- Keeping preparation and storage areas clean and organised
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
- Receiving and putting away stock where required
- Supporting the kitchen team to keep production running efficiently
About you
- Reliable, organised, and productive
- Comfortable with early morning starts
- Available Monday to Friday from 5:00 am
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience would be helpful
