We are looking for a Head Stockperson to lead the team at Eva Downs Station.
In this dynamic and hands-on leadership role, you’ll be at the heart of station operations - leading the stockcamp, developing the crew, and ensuring daily activities run smoothly and safely.
You’ll drive training and assessment through our Operational Skills Framework, champion animal welfare, and uphold company policies and performance standards. As a role model for safety, teamwork, and excellence, you’ll help shape a culture where people grow, contribute, and succeed together.

The two properties are set in the hub of the Northern Territory’s Barkly Tablelands on the historic Barkly Stock route. Anthony Lagoon and Eva Downs are involved in the breeding, backgrounding and trade of high-grade Brahman cross cattle, which are turned off predominantly for live export.
