Regan Hillyer is one of the most recognised names in personal development and wealth coaching. Her channels are the front door to everything Regan Hillyer International does, and we are looking for the person who will own them.

This is a hands-on, part time role for a social media manager who has grown a founder or personal brand before and wants to do it again at scale, working directly with Regan and a small, fast team.

Regan Hillyer International is a global leader in personal transformation, mindset, and business coaching. Our programs support clients across mindset, entrepreneurship, wealth expansion, and personal evolution through online education, live events, certifications, and retreats.

The role

You will own Regan’s social media end to end across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn and Threads. You set the strategy and calendar with Regan’s direction, brief our video editor and designer, write in Regan’s voice, publish consistently, oversee the community, and report on the numbers every month. It is an organic growth role with no paid media to manage.

What you will do

- Own the monthly content strategy and calendar across all of Regan’s channels and present it to Regan for sign-off

- Brief and direct our video editor and designer, and run the approval flow with Regan

- Write captions, hooks and scripts in Regan’s voice

- Produce quick turnaround content yourself: stories, light reel edits and cross-platform repurposing, using AI tools (we will train you)





- Capture content with Regan when she is in Melbourne

- Oversee comments and DMs across channels so the support team replies promptly and on brand, and hand warm leads to our sales team

- Report monthly on organic growth, engagement, leads and posting consistency, and feed the results back into the plan

- Work with markting team to ensure social plan alins with marketing calendar.

About you

- 3+ years in social media management with proof you have grown a founder or personal brand account organically

- You get the personal development, mindset and wealth space and can write in Regan’s voice

- Melbourne based and happy to work from our Heidelberg West office on all working days

- Confident with AI tools, or openly keen to learn them fast

- Organised, self-directed and comfortable directing creative talent

- You read the numbers and change the plan because of them
