- What We're Looking For

- Passion for food and hospitality

- Strong work ethic and positive attitude





- Excellent hygiene and food safety practices

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and presentation

- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

- Experience leading a section or team (for senior roles)

- Experience with Asian, Mediterranean, or modern Australian cuisine is advantageous but not essential

- A desire to learn, develop, and grow within a leading hospitality group
