About the role

Tyagarah Turf is seeking a friendly, motivated and highly organised Sales Officer to join our growing team. Located just 15 minutes from Byron Bay, our picturesque turf farm offers a unique working environment, with a fresh, modern office overlooking beautiful green turf fields.

Key responsibilities

- Managing customer enquiries, phone calls and emails

- Preparing quotes, processing sales and following up with customers

- Coordinating orders and deliveries with our farm team

- Basic invoicing, accounts administration and data entry using Xero

- Using Excel, Google Workspace and other office programs

- General administration and supporting daily business operations

- Building strong customer relationships and supporting business growth

About you

- Friendly, confident and an excellent communicator

- Quick-thinking, organised and efficient

- Proactive, reliable and able to work independently

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

- Confident with computers and learning new systems

- Positive,



enthusiastic and motivated to succeed

- Committed to developing your skills and growing with the business

- Previous sales, customer service or administration experience is an advantage, but a excellent attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most
