About the role

You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to manufacture products accurately, operate equipment safely and contribute to a positive, safe and productive workplace. Reporting to the Production Lead, you'll support standard production, research and development, and experimental trials, helping meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

- Manufacture liquid flavours and fragrances in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), quality and food safety requirements.

- Accurately weigh, blend, compound and process raw materials using approved formulations and production instructions.

- Complete production batches to the SAP (COOISPI) schedule, meeting required specifications and timeframes.

- Operate production equipment safely and follow company procedures.

- Stack, wrap and prepare finished products for storage or dispatch, and assist with stock movements and warehouse activities.





- Store raw materials and finished products correctly and keep work areas clean and organised.

- Maintain food safety, quality, hygiene and traceability standards throughout production.

- Report equipment faults, damage and safety incidents promptly to the appropriate person.

- Contribute to production, food safety and staff meetings, support other departments and undertake other duties as required to support business objectives.

About you

- Experience in liquid compounding, dry processing or other food manufacturing operations.

- A forklift licence.

- Robust communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Comprehensive knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

- Essential knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Work Health and Safety (WHS).
