Prime Recruitment is seeking a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Officer / Handyman to join an established aged care facility in Wembley.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, solving problems and keeping facilities safe, functional and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out general repairs and routine facility maintenance.
- Maintain equipment, including hospital beds.
- Assist with garden upkeep, minor repairs and replacing light bulbs.
- Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment for residents.
- Complete maintenance records and reports using Microsoft Word.

About You

- Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work or a similar role.
- Practical approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Friendly and respectful when interacting with elderly residents.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word.




- Current driver's licence.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
