Full-Time Admin Coordinator (aka Our Next Rockstar)

Reckon you could run a business’s back end with your eyes closed?

We need someone sharp, ridiculously organised and calm when it’s full steam ahead. This is a proper role with real responsibility, not a desk job where you wait to be told what to do. You run your own day, we’re not here to micromanage, and you’ll work directly alongside our operations manager with real input into how the business runs.

We’re All Glass Cleaning: window and solar panel cleaning across Perth, commercial and residential.

What you’ll be doing

- Running the inbox, priorities and day-to-day flow, even when calls, texts and emails all come in at once

- Scheduling jobs on ServiceM8 software, and looking after customer service so well our commercial and residential clients never think about going anywhere else

- Being the heart of the team: you’ll be talking with our technicians all day, and they’ll swing by at knock-off to debrief on the day’s jobs





- Putting together quotes for our commercial clients and following up until they’re closed

- Helping with social media and short-form video, with AI doing the heavy lifting

- Chasing loose ends before they become problems

- Improving how we do things as we grow

You’ll fit if

- You stay cool when things get busy and don’t get overwhelmed

- You hold a high standard, you’re on time, and if something’s sloppy, you say so.

- You’re confident with software and already use AI tools day to day

- You make a call on your own, and when you’re stuck, you ask early.

The details
Full time, Mon–Fri, O’Connor warehouse. $36/hr. Paid trial before we make it official.
