Join Gannawarra Shire Council in a customer-focused role supporting the operation of our Transfer Stations during opening hours.

In This Role, You Will

- Greet customers as they arrive
- Process waste disposal fees and record transactions
- Direct users to the correct disposal locations
- Monitor site activities and promote secure waste disposal practices
- Maintain a clean, safe and tidy site
- Provide friendly customer service and assistance

We're Looking For Someone Who

- Enjoys working with people
- Has great customer service skills
- Is able to process customer transactions and maintain accurate records
- Can work independently and use initiative
- Is reliable and organised
- Is available to work on Sundays
