The Role

Based at our Scoresby operation, this role is all about smart planning, decisive allocation, and keeping freight moving. You’ll be the key link between customer requirements and on-road execution.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing daily delivery schedules

- Allocating loads across company drivers and subcontractors

- Coordinating with load teams to ensure readiness





- Monitoring live performance and adjusting in real time

- Collaborating with the customer to meet KPIs

- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

- Providing clear operational updates to the broader team

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in a transport planning or allocator role

- Strong knowledge of Melbourne and Regional Vic freight corridors

- Strong understanding of load restraint requirements

- Ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure

- Confident decision-making with solid operational judgement

- Comfortable with transport tech and data
