Collier & Miller is looking for a motivated and capable Warehouse Forklift Driver to join its busy Logistics team. This is a varied, hands-on role working closely with our Logistics and Sales teams to receive, move, organise and store goods across our warehouses.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Logistics team, your responsibilities will include:

- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Moving and organising stock across designated warehouse and storage areas
- Working with colleagues, freight companies and customers to coordinate the movement of goods
- Assisting with general warehouse duties and housekeeping
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Supporting the wider team as required to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

You’ll ideally bring

- A solid work ethic and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment




- Good English reading and writing skills and basic mathematical skills
- A practical, safety-focused approach to your work

Previous warehouse, logistics or similar experience will be viewed favourably.

You’ll also need to

- Hold a current NSW forklift licence
- Hold a current Class C driver licence
- Be physically fit and able to safely lift and handle heavy items
- Be available to work Saturdays and overtime when required
- Pass a pre-employment physical and drug and alcohol test
