ABOUT THE ROLEThis hands-on role offers a pathway to learn the ins and outs of warehousing operations. You'll gain real-world experience across multiple departments, setting the foundation for a successful future in operations, stock coordination, or leadership roles within our business.

Current role at Mainfreight is Monday to Friday on a 45-hour week. Locations are based on the southside of Brisbane – Larapinta / Wacol. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Receiving and Inspecting Goods
- Inventory Management




- Order Picking and Packing
- Shipping and Dispatch
- Maintaining Warehouse Cleanliness and Safety
- Communication and Team Collaboration
- Using Technology and Equipment

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:

- Be highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Demonstrate great attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning
- Have a current forklift licence with reach truck experience (desirable but not essential)
- Show initiative, ownership, and a desire to improve how things are done
- Be well-presented, professional, and a strong team player
- Have a genuine interest in building a long-term career in Operations or/ Management
- The ability to work under pressure
