About the role

As our Wills and Estates Lawyer,



you will work within our Wills and Estates Team to deliver exceptional legal services for our valued clients.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- managing client files and providing expert Wills and Estates advice
- handling Wills and Estates matters including Probate, Letters of Administration, and Family Provision Claims
- representing clients in the Supreme Court of South Australia
- drafting and reviewing legal documents and court materials
- liaising with clients and managing expectations throughout their matter
- managing your own caseload autonomously and effectively.

What we're looking for

- Full Australian working rights essential
- 3+ years Post Admission Experience in Wills and Estates Law essential
- Proven ability to run your own files independently essential
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team.
