Yard Controller | Above Scaffolding | Revesby

Full time | Immediate start

Above Scaffolding is growing, and we need an organised, hands-on Yard Controller to keep our operations moving. You’ll be the engine room behind every job: making sure the right gear is ready, loaded, and out the gate on time, and that everything coming back is checked, sorted, and accounted for.

If you like running a tight ship, take pride in a clean, efficient yard, and enjoy being the person crews rely on, we’d like to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

- Running day-to-day yard operations, including loading and unloading trucks for site deliveries and returns
- Preparing scaffold orders accurately and on time, working from job lists and supervisor requests
- Managing stock levels, completing regular stocktakes, and flagging shortages before they become problems
- Inspecting returned equipment, tagging out damaged gear, and organising repairs or disposal
- Operating forklifts and other yard plant safely
- Keeping the yard clean, well laid out, and compliant with WHS requirements
- Coordinating with drivers, supervisors, and the office team to keep jobs running smoothly
