About the role

We are looking for a reliable and organised Yard / Expeditor Person who thrives in a rapid-paced environment and brings strong forklift, dogging/rigging and loading experience to the table.

Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing steel and components for fabrication/delivery packs

- Assisting with the loading and unloading of fabricated steel using forklifts and overhead cranes

- Loading and organising trailer loadouts

- Maintaining accurate delivery dockets and ensuring all required items are accounted for

- Supporting workshop and project teams as required

- Upholding site safety standards and housekeeping practices

- Liaising with Transport/Workshop/Project managers to complete required delivery lists/tasks

About you

- Proven experience in a yard or stores environment, ideally in mining or heavy industry





- Valid Forklift Licence – Essential

- Dogging and Rigging Experience – Essential

- Competence in operating an overhead crane (ticket desirable)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work packs and instructions

- Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
- A team player with a safety-first attitude

- HR Licence (desirable)
