Westpac Group is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build and operate AI agents and shared platforms at enterprise scale. You will lead 3–6 engineers, coaching design reviews and advancing guardrails across AI and LLM operations. You will work across agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG, evaluation and observability in a hybrid role, preferably based in Sydney or Melbourne with flexibility for other locations by agreement.
