Senior Commercial Finance Manager .



Reporting to the CFO, this role acts as the commercial finance lead for a major Sydney operation, with responsibility for planning, forecasting, management reporting, business partnering and performance analysis across the business.

Role responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning

Own management reporting and financial performance analysis

Partner with operational leaders to improve revenue, margins and profitability

Deliver commercial insights and recommendations to support decision-making

Lead and develop a team of commercial finance professionals

Drive continuous improvement across reporting and planning processes

Support strategic initiatives through modelling and business case analysis

About you

CA/CPA qualified

Solid commercial finance, FP&A; or business partnering experience

Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

Background in entertainment, retail, consumer-facing or complex multi-site businesses highly regarded
