Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure, data centre and technology transformation programs with robust understanding of servers, storage, virtualization, hosting environments, disaster recovery, and operational readiness. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies and components, firewalls, load balancing, security controls and application migration-related processes. Experience managing application discovery, migration, re-platforming, remediation, testing, and cutover activities, with strong understanding of application architectures, middleware, APIs, and integration dependencies. Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage vendors, facililitate decision-making, and establish effective governance frameworks. Advanced proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Excel, Power BI, and project reporting tools, with strong capability in project planning, resource forecasting, dependency mapping, data analysis, RAID management, and executive reporting.
