We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate activities ranging from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate activities ranging from simple tasks to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct customer workshops and design end-to-end infrastructure solutions.

Architect, configure, administer and troubleshoot Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, XenServer and NetScaler/ADC environments.

Manage Citrix migrations, upgrades, high availability and load balancing.

Administer Windows Server environments and support enterprise applications.

Support VMware, Hyper-V,



Microsoft SCCM and PowerShell automation.

Troubleshoot network, storage, virtualisation and data-centre infrastructure issues.

Monitor system health, performance and availability; implement improvements to reliability and efficiency.

Develop technical documentation, operational procedures and support processes.

Collaborate with customers, application owners and infrastructure teams.

Support 24×7 operations and participate in after-hours support when required.

Identify opportunities for solution expansion, upselling and cross-selling.

Essential Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in network, storage and data-centre infrastructure.

7+ years of Wintel engineering/architecture experience.

6+ years of experience with Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop and XenServer design, migration and troubleshooting.

2+ years of experience with Citrix NetScaler/ADC HA and load balancing.

Minimum 2 years each with VMware and Microsoft Hyper-V.

Robust Windows Server, TCP/IP, OSI model, routing and switching knowledge.

Experience with Microsoft SCCM, PowerShell and converged infrastructure.

Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across all seven OSI layers.

Strong customer communication, technical consulting, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
