CarmichaelUK is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial delivery of a major rail infrastructure project in Recent South Wales. You will own project financial performance, contract administration and commercial risk, while guiding a small dedicated team. You will oversee forecast, CVRs, budgets and change control, manage NEC contracts and subcontract packages, and collaborate with project leadership to ensure value and successful delivery against targets.
