The Role As part of their continued growth, this business is looking for a Senior Civil Design Engineer to join their land and urban development team. You'll take a leading role in the design and delivery of urban land development projects, owning design packages in while working closely with experienced engineers and designers. It's a hands-on role with plenty of ownership, backed by a well-structured and supportive team. The Responsibilities Take ownership of civil design packages for urban land development projects. Lead the technical design and delivery of projects, working closely with senior engineers and designers. Support and guide junior engineers and designers within the team.



Play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects from design through to completion. The Requirements This role suits an experienced Civil Design Engineer who's ready to take the lead on their own design packages. In return, you'll be able to demonstrate: Experience operating as a Senior Civil Design Engineer or ready to take the step up within an Australian engineering design consultancy Strong experience delivering urban or land development designs using 12D Proficiency in 12D, with DRAINS experience highly regarded The ability to take ownership of design packages while working collaboratively within project teams The motivation to keep developing technically, with guidance from experienced senior engineers Full working rights in Australia This is a genuine opportunity to take the lead on the technical delivery of projects, within a collaborative, growing consultancy where you'll be backed to keep developing your career.
