We're looking for a skilled, reliable and passionate Full-Time Pizza Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

About the Role

As our Pizza Chef, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas while maintaining consistency, presentation and efficiency throughout service.

Our extensive pizza menu features traditional classics, gourmet creations and authentic Italian-style pizzas, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, stretching, topping and cooking pizzas to a consistently high standard
- Preparing and handling pizza dough, sauces and fresh ingredients
- Managing pizza oven temperatures, cooking times and product quality
- Confidently managing the pizza section during busy lunch and dinner services
- Producing pizzas efficiently for dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders
- Following recipes, portion controls and presentation standards
- Maintaining consistent pizza quality, taste and presentation
- Preparing and organising ingredients for daily service
- Monitoring stock levels, food rotation and ingredient freshness
- Minimising food waste and maintaining efficient portion control
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Working collaboratively with chefs, kitchen staff and front-of-house teams




- Assisting with kitchen preparation and other duties when required

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizza Cook or Pizzaiolo
- Minimum 2 years' commercial pizza-making experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching and cooking techniques
- Confidence operating commercial pizza ovens
- Ability to manage a busy pizza section independently
- Experience producing high volumes of pizzas while maintaining quality
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Attention to detail and pride in food presentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings and weekends

Experience preparing traditional Italian-style pizzas and working in a high-volume restaurant or pizzeria will be highly regarded.
