Company Description Sentriqa Robotics is a platform-agnostic operator for physical AI, delivering Robotic Guarding-as-a-Service (RGaaS) rather than manufacturing hardware. The company assesses customer sites, selects from a fleet of more than 50 integrated platforms— including patrol robots, quadrupeds, humanoids, drones, and inspection units— and operates them 24/7 under a subscription model. Its Sentriqa Command software platform provides live monitoring, incident reporting, and court-grade evidence storage on sovereign cloud infrastructure. Detection capabilities span AI video analytics, thermal imaging, facial recognition, and license-plate recognition. Sentriqa focuses on autonomous security patrols, drone security, fleet management, and continuous monitoring, priced as a service rather than a capital purchase. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Robotics Engineer role based in Manila, Philippines with flexibility and travel to China, Australia and UAE. In this role, you will design, integrate, and test robotic systems across multiple platforms, ensuring reliable autonomous security patrols and site-specific deployments. You will develop and refine software for navigation, perception, and control, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate robotics with Sentriqa Command for monitoring and incident management. Day-to-day activities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues,
optimizing robotic performance, supporting field pilots and deployments, and documenting system configurations and processes. You will also contribute to process automation initiatives, data analysis for system improvements, and continuous enhancement of safety, reliability, and scalability. Qualifications
• Robotics and Process Automation skills, including experience with autonomous systems, sensors, actuators, and robotic platforms.
• Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, diagnose issues, and optimize system performance.
• Software Development capabilities, ideally in languages such as Python or C++, and familiarity with robotics frameworks (e.g., ROS) and integration with cloud or edge systems.
• Robust Communication skills for effective collaboration with engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams, and clear technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI-driven perception, computer vision, or video analytics in a real-world robotics context is highly beneficial.
• Knowledge of networking, security systems, or fleet management platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work safely on-site, conduct field tests, and travel occasionally to customer locations as needed.
