Personal Trainer Wanted | Giffard

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Giffard, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

To be considered

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
