Advantage Security is looking for Security Guards and RSA Marshals in Newcastle & Central Coast.

We have shifts available for Hotels, Pubs and Licensed Venues.

Available Positions:
Licensed Security Guards
Duties may include crowd control, entry management, monitoring patron behaviour, venue patrols, incident response, de-escalation and assisting venue management to maintain a safe workplace.
Applicants must hold:
Current NSW Class 1 Security Licence
Current NSW RSA competency
Current First Aid certificate
RSA Marshals
Duties may include monitoring responsible service practices, identifying intoxication concerns, observing patron behaviour, supporting venue staff and documenting relevant incidents.
Applicants must hold:
Current NSW RSA competency
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
