Location: Parramatta, NSW | Short-Term Project | Immediate Start
DSC Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman for a short-term civil construction project based in Parramatta.
This is a outstanding opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a strong background in civil works and piping installations, who can coordinate site activities, manage trades and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and civil construction works.
- Oversee piping installations and associated civil works.
- Coordinate labourers, subcontractors and site personnel.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed to schedule.
- Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with WHS requirements.
- Liaise with project management and report on site progress.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues as they arise.

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor,



Foreman or leading hand in civil construction.
- Strong experience with piping installations and civil works is essential.
- Ability to coordinate site personnel and manage daily construction activities.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, site plans and work specifications.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Current White Card.
- Commitment to workplace health and safety.
