Due to business growth, this established pool services company is looking for an experienced Senior Pool Technician to support its commercial and residential customers. The Role

- Conduct regular servicing and maintenance of commercial and residential pools.
- Assess & repair pool equipment incl. pumps, filtration units, chlorinators, & chemical dosing systems




- Identify equipment issues and advise customers on suitable repair or replacement options.
- Install pool equipment to a high standard.
- Keep clear service records and explain completed work & recommendations to customers.
- Maintain commercial pools in line with relevant health and safety requirements.
- Update visits & requirements in Pooltrackr

Experience & Requirements

- Previous experience in pool servicing, maintenance, and equipment repairs.
- Sound knowledge of pool systems, hydraulics, and water chemistry.
- Special consideration will be given to candidates with Commercial pool and plant room experience, although exceptional residential technicians with strong diagnostic skills are encouraged to apply.
- A practical approach to problem-solving, with strong attention to detail.
- Reliable work habits and professional customer communication.
- A current Australian driver’s licence.
- Full Australian work rights are required for this permanent, full-time position.
- Self-motivated technician who takes ownership of their work, demonstrates strong technical ability, and can confidently manage a combination of commercial and residential clients.
