Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Hope Valley

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Hope Valley. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay and super

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- What you will do
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.




- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Your availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
