Role

Role

We are seeking someone who has knowledge in Cases21

The position is currently fixed term; however, for the successful applicant, there is potential for the role to become ongoing, subject to enrolment numbers and Department approval.

Role Purpose

The Administration Officer (Front Office, First Aid, Attendance & Enrolments) provides administrative and operational support to the school office, delivering high-quality customer service to students, families, staff and visitors. The role includes front-of-house reception duties, first aid administration, and general school administration functions including enrolments and attendance. Duties are performed in accordance with established procedures, school policies and Department guidelines.

As a member of a newly established school community, the successful applicant will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and a willingness to undertake a broad range of administrative and operational tasks to support the establishment and growth of the school. Due to the dynamic nature of a new school environment, responsibilities may vary according to operational needs and staffing structures.

As enrolments increase and staffing structures develop, responsibilities may evolve and be redistributed to meet the changing needs of the school. Over time, the position is expected to become increasingly specialised and clearly defined while continuing to play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of the school.

Working closely with fellow administration staff, the successful applicant will help foster a cohesive, collaborative and customer-focused office environment.
