We’re currently looking for experienced section waitstaff to join our front-of-house team at our flagship Porteño Restaurant.

THE ROLE

SECTION WAITSTAFF

As a Section Waiter, you’ll be responsible for delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service to every guest. You'll take ownership of your section and work closely with the team to ensure each service runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering efficient and friendly table service
- Managing your section with confidence and care
- Making informed food and wine recommendations
- Supporting the set-up and pack-down of the dining area
- Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards are met
- Working collaboratively with the wider team

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role (hatted restaurant)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for food, drinks and genuine hospitality
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team
- Strong product knowledge and a desire to learn more
