Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Erskineville

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Erskineville, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

What the role involves

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What it pays

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week




- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Qualifications

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
