Factory Workers Wanted – Training Provided

Talent Success is hiring Factory Process Workers for an established HVAC duct manufacturing business in Western Sydney.

This is a hands-on factory role where you'll learn how to manufacture and assemble HVAC ductwork.

Previous sheet metal or HVAC experience is not essential.

We're looking for people who are reliable, practical, physically capable and willing to learn. Training will be provided to suitable candidates.

The Role

Working alongside experienced team members, your duties may include:

- Assisting with the manufacture and assembly of HVAC ductwork
- Measuring, marking and handling materials
- Cutting, folding and assembling components
- Using basic hand and power tools
- Learning to operate factory and sheet metal machinery
- Preparing finished products for dispatch
- Moving and handling materials around the factory
- Checking finished products for quality
- Keeping the factory clean, safe and organised
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting experienced tradespeople and factory workers as required

What We're Looking For

You don't need to be an experienced sheet metal worker.

We're interested in candidates who are:

- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Comfortable with hands-on and physical work
- Practical and mechanically minded
- Able to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a factory environment
- Able to use basic hand tools or willing to learn
- Safety-conscious
- A good team player




- Serious about staying and developing in a long-term role

Experience That Helps — But Isn't Required

The following experience will be an advantage, but training can be provided:

- Factory or manufacturing work
- Warehouse or production work
- Trade Assistant experience
- Construction or general labouring
- Sheet metal or metal fabrication
- HVAC or ductwork
- Mechanical assembly
- Workshop experience
- Hand and power tool use

Entry-level candidates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
