Three Blue Ducks is built on good food, good people, and positive vibes. We care about where our produce comes from, how it’s served, and the impact we leave behind.

Our Melbourne venue, located at URBNSURF (Australia’s first surf park), is all about fresh, seasonal dishes, relaxed service, and great drinks in a fun, buzzing environment. We’re looking for enthusiastic waiters and bartenders to join our FOH crew.

- Bartenders with great people skills and a passion for quality drinks & food

- Friendly, reliable team players who thrive in a busy environment

- Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail

- A basic knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits (and a willingness to learn more!)

- Weekend availability (day and/or night)

What you’ll get:

- Great tips and a supportive, down-to-earth team

- Staff discounts at all Ducks venues (Byron, Bellingen, Rosebery, Nimbo)

- Flexibility to work across venues and opportunities for career progression

- A chance to be part of a business that genuinely cares – about people, produce, and the planet
