We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic Full Time Chef to join our team at Crystal Blue Yacht Charters, located on the Gold Coast, QLD.

About us
We are YOT Club, the world's first Super Yacht entertainment venue, 23 metres wide x 35 metres long, licensed for 400 guests over two luxurious levels. We designed and built the YOT Club right here on the Gold Coast at the Coomera Marine precinct. From an initial napkin sketch to the official launch on 9 March 2019, the YOT Club was a monumental two-year construction project requiring over 20,000 hours to complete. In addition to YOT Club, YOT Group also operates three luxurious private super yachts: YOT Blue, YOT 75 and YOT Vice.

Your role in just a few words
Under the direction of our Executive Chef, you will oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, prep for service, and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.

Your day looks a little like this

- Create innovative and appealing menus that cater to the target audience
- Food preparation
- Overseeing the cooking process to ensure dishes are prepared to high standards




- Maintaining consistency in food quality, taste and presentation
- Monitoring and ordering ingredients to ensure a well-stocked kitchen
- Ensuring the kitchen meets health and safety regulations
- Managing food costs and portion sizes to optimise profitability

To be successful you will need

- Qualifications in commercial cookery
