Snap Fitness Concord West Redfern | Personal Trainer

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Redfern, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What the role involves

Coach each client one-to-one. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Help interested people understand what the training involves. Follow our coaching and admin systems.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm,



plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
