Key Responsibilities

- Connect with individuals exploring personal or professional change through digital platforms
- Assess potential suitability through structure questionnaires
- Build and maintain genuine professional relationships using online platforms
- Participate in ongoing training and personal development sessions
- Manage your workflow independently with consistency and accountability

About You

This opportunity is well suited to individuals who have:

- 6yrs + experience in a people focused industry – (e.g. leadership, HR, recruitment, consulting, education, or client-facing positions)
- Are actively seeking a career change or more flexible work arrangement
- Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and warmth




- Are self-motivated and comfortable working remotely and independently
- Are confident using digital tools and online communication platforms
- Have a genuine interest in personal development, coaching, and growth
- Not suited to students
