Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West East Lindfield

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in East Lindfield. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

The role

Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Follow our coaching and admin systems.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay





Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
