Our Australian team works with enterprise, government and telecommunications clients, and with channel partners including major OEMs and IT resellers.

The role
You will own a portfolio of enterprise and partner accounts across ANZ region. You’ll manage the sale of our ICT support and lifecycle services and grow revenue across those accounts.

Key responsibilities

- Manage enterprise B2B and channel partner accounts as their main contact for pricing, renewals and escalations
- Find recent business, upsell and cross-sell opportunities for IT maintenance and lifecycle services
- Prospect new clients and present Evernex services to IT decision-makers
- Prepare quotes, proposals and tender responses with pre-sales, operations and finance, including government and enterprise tenders with reseller partners
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing and renewals with clients and OEM/reseller partners
- Keep contract records accurate in the CRM (asset additions, invoicing changes, terminations)




- Track account performance against revenue and retention targets, and report to senior management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, partners and internal teams
- Keep up to date with IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking) and the support services market

About you

- Bachelor degree or higher in Business, Commerce, Economics, IT or a related field
- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B ICT or IT services sales, including account management, quoting, tenders and contract administration
- Experience working with OEM or IT reseller partners
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Confident with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Excel
- Clear written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels
- Organised and accurate across several accounts and deadlines
- Desirable: knowledge of data centre hardware and third-party maintenance
