Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Woodpark

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Woodpark. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What you will do

- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
